I’m Samantha King, founder of SK & Associates Financial Services. I’m a mortgage and finance broker who genuinely loves helping people make sense of finance (and maybe even enjoy the process along the way).
I bring a mix of deep industry knowledge, real-world lending experience, and a brain that naturally looks for smart, simple solutions. As a neurodivergent entrepreneur, I tend to see things differently, and that gives me an edge when it comes to solving tricky scenarios or finding a way forward where others might say “you can’t”.
I’ve worked with hundreds of clients to secure lending that actually suits their lives, not just a lender’s checklist. With formal qualifications and full MFAA membership, I know the rules, but I’m not afraid to challenge the thinking around them and do the work with the lender, to help you get where you want to go.
If finance feels overwhelming, you’re not alone. That’s why I focus on creating a process that feels clear, calm, and even a bit fun, like working through something daunting with a friend who just gets it.
When I’m not structuring lending strategies, I’m probably squeezing in a gym session between client meetings, working from the beach in summer, a cosy tiny home in winter, or tucked away in a library with a coffee and my laptop. I’ve built my business to work flexibly, so I can show up for my clients in the way they need, while also honouring how I work best. Whether it’s streamlining a clunky process or solving a tricky lending puzzle, I’m always thinking about how to make things feel easier, clearer, and more achievable for the people I work with.

With over 25 years of experience across retail banking, corporate finance, business banking, and FinTech, Siobhan brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and strategic thinking to every client relationship.
Known for her tenacity and deeply client-focused approach, Siobhan has a proven track record of helping individuals and families navigate complex financial situations.
